What time to arrive and leave? We welcome you from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.Your departure must be before 11am.The brunch option allows you to stay until 1 p.m.
Breakfast included ? When you stay with us, breakfast is offered. On your arrival, you can compose your ideal breakfast from a list of products, we will drop it off at your ecolodge the next day between 8 am and 8:30 am.
Meal reservation We advise you to book your meal when booking the night to avoid any oversights. If you have special diets, you can specify this at the time of booking.If you prefer to wait, we accept orders no later than 15 days before your arrival to manage the supply from our local producers. Just send us an email or call us.
What is a nordic bath? These are circular baths heated with wood. Each of our ecolodges has a private bath.
Massage We call on an external service provider who comes specially to your ecolodge for a one-hour massage (plan a slot of around 1h30 to take into account installation and storage).The masseuse will offer you several massage techniques to choose from upon arrival.The reservation is made directly on our site when reserving your night, the massage schedule indicated at the time of reservation cannot be modified.If you arrive too late and miss the appointment, we can try to reschedule it if the masseuse is available. Otherwise, no refund is possible.
Gift vouchers Gift vouchers are valid for 18 months.They can be used directly on our site at the time of booking, simply enter the code of your voucher in the insert provided for this purpose.A gift voucher can be used on multiple reservations (until the sum is exhausted). But you cannot use several gift vouchers on the same reservation (only one code is accepted).
Accessible to people with reduced mobility The Orion dome and common areas are specially designed for access by people with reduced mobility.If you have a temporary or permanent disability, do not hesitate to contact us directly so that we can adapt your stay.
And the weather? If the weather is not with us and the rain or snow comes, we guarantee you a warm stay, the experience is different but just as pleasant!In the event of a serious weather alert in France, for your safety we will be obliged to cancel your visit. We will give you a one-year voucher to postpone your reservation.
Conditions for modifying or canceling your stay No cancellation is possible.You can modify your reservation free of charge more than 30 days before your arrival.You can modify your reservation between 30 and 15 days before your arrival, by paying the lump sum of 65 euros.Your reservation can no longer be modified from 14 days before your arrival.
For smokers Smoking is prohibited inside the ecolodges. All cigarette butts must be placed in the ashtray provided on each terrace. Keeping a clean environment and preventing fire starts is everyone's story 😉
Can we bring an animal? Unfortunately we do not welcome pets for a question of hygiene.
